Fennel Friday is all about sharing fennel recipes and we want recipes that include and make you DROOL!
Fennel – aka Finocchio, Sweet Fennel and Florence Fennel – has a pleasing and aromatic flavor. Not as strong of a licorice flavor as many believe and if used properly, it brings depth to your dish! Cooked or raw, Fennel may be used as a substitute for celery in any recipe where you would like to introduce the flavor.
Sprinkle some fennel pollen to finish a dish!
