Can you smell it? That is the smell of grills and BBQ’s being fired up across America! Warm weather brings outdoor activities which for a foodie means – outdoor cooking and eating! *Insert Happy Dance*
Cooking on the grill was something I grew up watching my Dad do. Although we lived in the Northeast, he would roll the grill out to the edge of the garage in freezing temperatures and snow. Rain, Shine, Winter, Summer – we grilled. And it was delicious!
I recently started grilling again after living in non-grill friendly accommodations (but I had my grill pan!) and I have to say – I am loving it!
