AKA Sous Chef Jaz, she has worked with her partner, Chef Alex Iverson of Xavier Catering, as a Sous Chef for over a year which allows her to hone her passion for food and recipe creation.
Taking over Foodies Unite as the Editor gives her a fantastic playground for new recipes and food writing.
Jaz has hosted, attended and covered food events with Chile Olive Oil, Foods from Chile, Zonin, and The Hungry Goddess. She lives in South Florida and does restaurant and market reviews occasionally for the local area.
